We bought this to grind sea salt. It works perfectly, is attractive and well made. A+
This is a really good grater. I like that you can store things inside of this grater.
This pot is all that we had hoped for. My wife makes large batches of dog food in it, parboiling whole chickens. We also make large quantities of soup both stock to freeze and use later and enough soup for us and friends. 
Great set of 18/10 stainless steel demi-tasse spoons.Smooth lines, classical/traditional shape, elegant, yet unobtrusive design.Nice, solid feel with smooth surface.Non-staining and they've done well in my dishwasher.
I love the look of this spatula and I love the feel of the handle in my hand. It has a great ergonomic design and it's very easy to hold on to. What I don't like about the spatula is the same thing that a previous reviewer liked a lot so it's easy to see this spatula could be very good for some people and not so good for others. It just depends on what you want a spatula to do.
Bought a set of these years ago - don't remember where - and they continue to work great.Serrated edges on both sides of the spoon make it so easy to remove each section of grapfruit.When I wanted a second set last year, I couldn't find them in stores.Bought several other brands, but none could compare.The ones with only one serrated edge are completely worthless.Finally found these Norpro spoons on Amazon and they just as wonderful as the first set.Using these spoons to eat our grapefruit, breakfast is no longer a frustrating experience!

I have owned a set of Norpro Krona pots and pans for over seven years, getting heavy use each day. When I saw that there was now a 4-piece Steamer/Cooker Set, I immediately ordered one. The arrangement of steamer basket suspended by its rim over a pasta colander makes it ideal for steaming vegetables while simultaneously boiling pasta. The vegetables can be lifted out of the pot at any time by the folding wire handles on the steamer basket, allowing you to control their tenderness.I am unhappy with the new glass-and-steel lids that Norpro has begun using because they are not seamless nor as well-made as the older, solid-steel lids. Other than that, the Steamer/Cooker Set has performed exactly as expected and as always, with an entirely stainless steel construction, has been easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. And yes, the triple-layer construction on the bottom of the pan diffuses the heat from my gas burners very effectively.
I'm sorry to say that the Applemate 3 was a great disappointment.I ordered it because it's supposed to be the most versatile of the apple peelers -- ostensibly it can do any combination of peeling, coring, and paring -- and I have to admit that the unit looks quite handsome and is sturdily made.But it simply did not work for me.I wanted something that would peel and core apples, and I couldn't make the Applemate peel efficiently, try as I did to adjust the blade.I experimented on four apples (two fairly hard, two soft), and each time the blade would begin peeling and then would just slide off and merely scrape the skin.I've seen apple peelers work before, and maybe it's something I was doing wrong; all I know is, this model behaved like a nifty-looking invention that isn't quite perfected yet.

I bought this stone to try out some new bread and pizza recipes. The stone cracked in half after about 20 uses over the course of 6 weeks. It broke in half while making pizza, not while cleaning it or moving it. It is possible some sauce got on the stone, which also can create cracking, but I expected the stone to be more sturdy. When it was whole, the stone worked great, creating a crackly, even-colored crust. But it is too delicate and not an adequate thickness for the high heat involved making pizza. The overall surface area of the stone is a healthy 13 x 15 inches. But the product description suggest that the stone is 2 inches thick. That's a bad typo. It's actually 1/2 inch thick, possibly only 3/8 inch. A good bread/pizza stone should be at least 3/4 inch thick. I should have known it was a typo, since expensive stones are rarely more than 1 inch thick.
No jelly rolls as of yet have graced this pan, but if I baked any I am certain they would be well pleased.The fish stick's were quite happy, so I am guessing the jelly rolls would be too.
This pan was rated #2 by Cook's Illustrated (the #1 pan not being available any longer, probably thanks to Cook's Illustrated) -- but it's great!It's hefty, doesn't warp, browns evenly, and was a bargain.I'm glad I ordered two.Highly recommended.
I absolutely LOVE this berry colander. It is truly for berries. I bought this because we are always cleaning berries, grapes and small fruits for our parrots. Before we bought this we were using a standard size colander daily and it was taking up much too much space in our dishwasher. If you are looking for a colander for berries, grapes or small fruits you will not be dissappointed!!
I purchased two of these and both came with creases that I can't get out and pie dough still sticks to it; especially butter pastry. The third time that I used one at my son's restaurant, I picked it up off of the counter and the entire right side ripped off. (The day before Thanksgiving and I had about a dozen pies to make!)So I guess I will order something a little thicker and more expensive.
I have had this tool for a few years now and it continues to work just fine.
This is a great set for a great price.They're basic and sturdy.The handles are lightweight, hollow, and SEALED, so no more shaking water out of the inside.They won't break, melt, or bend.They're easy to clean, by hand or dishwasher.Good sizes- the little one is great for small jobs, and the other two are great for everything else.I love 'em.
This roasting stand is the first perfect method of roasting chicken.The fat drips off the chicken.The flavor will remain in the meat.This particuliar standing roasting pan is much easier to clean than others I have had.STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Being a collector of kitchen gadgets, I purchased this a few years ago and it disappeared among the other items in my collection. I found it recently and bought some fresh garlic, drizzled it with olive oil, and sprinkled some fresh thyme over it. About 45 minutes later, the house was filled with the aroma of roasted garlic....YUMMM!!! I have used roasted garlic with mashed potatoes and will never again do it any other way. The Norpro works much better than foil as it bakes the garlic more evenly. I use this item all the time now and just toss it in the oven when I'm roasting another main dish or casserole. It's so good that you may find yourself wanting more than one, as there is nothing that tastes better than food smothered in roasted garlic.
I gave this scoop as a Christmas present and it was a big hit.My experience with this product was very positive!!
