BAKING MAT Review

After a thorough cleaning and following the directions to apply a light coat of butter to condition it, my first batch of cookies was ruined.The mat expands significantly when heated, and the flat bottom sticks to the pan, causing ripples and bumps.But even better was the noxious wave of fumes when I opened my oven, burning my eyes and setting off the smoke alarm.I don't feel safe consuming anything related to it.And it wasn't much better than a $10 cookie sheet at being non-stick.
