Norpro 17x12 Stainless Steel Broil and Roast Set Review

Ordered this because it was stainless steel, thinking it would not burn on badly but I was wrong.Have used it only for broiling steak and the first few times could scrub off the splatter, but after that, no matter how or what I scrubbed with it would not come off so I am left with an ugly looking pan and for the money spent, I did not expect this, so my advise is to purchase another product that resists burning on.

Nopro 12 x 9 Stainless Steel Roasting and Broiler Pan Review

I bought this for my toaster oven, keeping my fingers crossed that it'll fit (which it did, perfectly! ). The top plate with holes is more or less a permanent fixture in my oven, as its easier to clean than oven racks, and I use the bottom pan as a baking dish. I like that it's stainless steel,which is supposed to be a safe metal to cook/bake in and yet easy to clean.

I would have given it 5 stars, had it not been for the somewhat sharp sides. Otherwise the quality seems to be good. Get it!

I received this roaster as a housewarming gift by our realtor several years ago.Although I knew it was a very nice gift, I'd never priced it until a friend asked for a recommendation on a roaster for a Thanksgiving turkey.I was really not terribly surprised at the price since I've used the roaster over and over and it still looks brand new, but I did have a renewed gratefulness for the gift!This roaster is very heavy, and with the deep lid, is also extremely versatile.I was a little concerned about food sticking, since I'd been raised using non-stick cookware, however, I was so pleased with the results that I no longer own non-stick cookware at all.Every roast, bird, or casserole I've made in this roaster has turned out beautifully.This is one item in my kitchen that I am certain will be passed down to my grandchildren some day.
