The pans I ordered where exactly what I wanted and worked well for making a stacked birthday cake.When baking place a pan of water in the oven and the cakes come out perfectly flat and moist, with out crackes and you are ready to frost!
The first time I tried this, it turned out great! One trick that is helpful: spray the inserts with no-stick cooking spray each time before pouring the batter - it helps a lot. My squares weren't as perfect as they are in the photo, but it still works great. 
I was pleased with the item purchased and the delivery time, packaging, etc.A good choice!
I love this microwave cookware set!It really does brown roastsand other cuts of meat.I have used the roaster rack several times tomake things like bacon (with no yucky spatteringor mess to clean up!)and crispy pizzaswith the micro-bake method.
The Calypso Basics 3-piece set has two flaws:They're too shallow and because of their thickness, they take a longer time to heat their contents.
This microwave saucepan is the perfect size for reheating leftovers or a can or soup. Very sturdy good quality. Would definately order again.
While the NORDIC WARE MICROWAVE BACON MEAT RACK does the job, it does have a couple of major drawbacks for people like me who like their bacon crispy.It cooks the bacon well and the grease drains into the channels below.However, if you cook your bacon crispy (longer cooking times), some of the earlier-rendered bacon fat cooks into the channels.I have soaked and scrubbed with various tools, but I cannot get all of that hard, cooked-on grease out of those skinny channels and angles.Furthermore, if you cook several slices crispy, the bacon creates more grease than can be contained in the channels, and (defeating the purpose of this rack) the bacon ends up sitting in a pool of grease anyway.
This is my second crisper, the first one arrived with a huge dent in the middle of the pan.The second one I got is usable, but the handle to the lid was broken.As for the usefulness of the pan, it does crisp the food, but not any differently than the cheaper versions.The lid, for me, did not seem to make any difference in speed of cooking or any crispier. In fact the lid sort of made food soggy on top.
I eat a breakfast sandwich every single morning and it calls for a poached egg.I bought this one because it was inexpensive and I wasn't entirely sure if I would make that many breakfast sandwiches.Well 2 yrs later I am looking for one that makes more than 2 eggs at a time, but unless you use this as much as I do it will likely be more than sufficient.
The Nordic Ware are great for heating and storing foods. My husband uses this size to take his meals to work in. The lids could be a little better. They are thin plastic. But overall they are a nice replacement to my old Littonware.
The guard tends to curl as it's being used and that enables the food to splatter still. It also gathers a lot of condensation and then drips everywhere. It just doesn't get the job done.
This is a product I do not know how I survived without it. I love steamed vegetables and with health conscience efforts, there is no better product. Simple to use, easy to clean and very simple storage. Small and convenient. Highly recommend. Also good w/ peppers, potatoes and meat for stir fry.
Product is exactly like original, but price!!I went shopping and this item sells for about $60. on other sites.This seller is obviously doing OK--selling it for far less!Great service too!On a scale of one to ten......a twelve!!
My daughter broke our microwave plate and this saved me from having to buy a new microwave. We did use an eating plate until it arrived.
These bags do not work the way they are supposed to. As for as I'm concerned they are a waste of money. We tried them several times and found food sticks to them, they burn the edges, and the middle is not crips as it should be. If you want to reheat something and keep it crisp, look for something else, not these bags.
These covers are good. I wish they were a little bit wider. They are easy to clean, resist stains, and last under a large amount of heat.
Haven't spent alot of time using these containers but so far I like them.I really like how they vent the steam and don't burn your hands when you remove them from the oven.
This is great for busy people. It cooks like a slow cooker in just a half-hour. I had one of these for 4 years and my kids broke the lid. I found I have favorite recipes that just don't taste right cooked in anything else. I highly recommend it.
This barely covers a 6" diameter bowl even though it's supposed to be a 7" cover. I have no idea what to use it for other than to put it over mugs when heating cocoa or milk.
I recently purshased this set and have had real problems trying to get the lids to 'snap' on.
