Micro Mac Mini Roast and Bake Set Review

I love this microwave cookware set!It really does brown roastsand other cuts of meat.I have used the roaster rack several times tomake things like bacon (with no yucky spatteringor mess to clean up!)and crispy pizzaswith the micro-bake method.

I have used the roasting set to cooka bonelessleg of lamb,several whole chickens, a beef roast, cornish game hens, and quickiechickentenderloins.

I will have to replace the roasting rack soon as Idropped itfrom a height above my head while retrieving it fro mstorage.THe rack cracked in several places but is still usable. It was totally my faultthat it broke sicne I wouldnt expect anything to survive from the height at which I dropped it.

I also ow the poaching set, the tote and the tray set.These sets have really expanded my meal repetoire since I prefer not to cook with our gas stove.
