The Complete Crisper Review

This is my second crisper, the first one arrived with a huge dent in the middle of the pan.The second one I got is usable, but the handle to the lid was broken.As for the usefulness of the pan, it does crisp the food, but not any differently than the cheaper versions.The lid, for me, did not seem to make any difference in speed of cooking or any crispier. In fact the lid sort of made food soggy on top.
