We recently bought and then had installed this oven and a Bosch 30" gas cooktop both in stainless.The appliances have only been installed for a week so obviously I can't meaningfully comment on their longevity.We did buy a 4 yr extended service agreement on both for $157--so feel pretty well protected.

My wife preferred a conventional oven.That is what this is and it appears to be an excellent oven.We like its appearance and sturdy feel.The oven door is usefully heavy and well insulated.Even when the oven is well heated, the glass door remains cool to the touch.We tested a temperature (350) against our oven thermometer and it was on the money.The controls for the lower oven are relatively intuitive and well layed out.Reading the operating manual was still useful however.The only foods we have cooked in it thus far were a pan of chocolate chip cookies and a BBQ spare rib rack.We felt both were cooked not necessarily better, but certainly as well as they would have been in any other oven we've owned.Since we are in our seventies, that is a bunch of ovens.One thing that struck us--and maybe it was just a one time anomaly--was that the ribs cooked evenly but with seemingly less splatter than usual.Don't know if that could be a consequence of the Tru Temp system with redesigned elements or not.Can't comment on its cleaning function yet.

The microwave cooks foods fast and, with the turntable, relatively evenly.The controls are relatively intuitive but a preread of the manual is definitely suggested.We really like the 30 second add on feature.That, in combination with the 1 to 6 minute express start buttons will be frequently used.We did sensor cook one bag of popcorn which came out fine.

If you would be satisfied with an oven without a convection feature, we highly recommend this model.An advantage is the interior space is somewhat deeper and larger overall.Another is the price is relatively attractive as far as micro-lower oven combos go.

Since I mentioned the Bosch gas cooktop earlier I will say we are also well pleased with it.
