This is my wonderful kitchen find of 2005 - I purchased several pieces, including this one and potholders from KitchenAid. Imagine pans that will never rust, get scratched or bent.They cook evenly, clean up beautifully. A particular favorite are the potholders which are also great jar openers, trivets and impromptu food covers for small microwave containers.
I have baked brownies, chickens, casseroles and vegetables in this thing. All came out perfectly.
Don't think they would be broiler friendly - I still use Pyrex for that!
