Progressive International Pineapple Corer Review

I slice quite a bit of pineapple and was looking for a helpful tool. This didn't work.The metal blade is too flimsy for the heavy duty job of slicing through pineapple. With quite a bit of pressure and elbow grease, it barely cut through.You have to cut the pineapple manually to almost a perfect "square" before even using the tool, quite a bit of wasted fruit. The core section usually yields core in your final slice and cuts away good fruit. Messy and time consuming.Extremely dissapointing.Not even worth committing precious drawer space for.I've now since seen it at my local grocery store and Target.

Norpro Chicken Timer Review

As others say, it comes apart in shipping but you just put the halves back together. Then you have: A chicken timer.

It works. I don't find it especially delicate or fragile as others have commented.

I checked it and it was dead-on for a 7-minute timing.

Whirlpool : MH1170XSQ Microwave Review

We have had it 3 months and the heat just quit but it runs. 2 calls fixed it. 2 major parts broke and the repairman said he never saw that happen before.The vent fan is very noisy and it comes on automatically when it senses smoke.You can't turn it off till it goes off on it's own.annoying as many times it is not bad and just from a spill in oven or bacon frying, etc...

GE : JES1142SJ Counter Top Microwave Review

I bought this GE because the salesman said they are a good brand.The microwave looks good, but it is way too loud!There is vibration and you practically have to yell when you are in the kitchen and it is on!I had an older model Sharp and it is much quieter than this one, although there are problems with the clock on it.I will be returning the GE and probably get another Sharp or something else!

Because I have an existing trim kit, getting a particular size is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, Sharp keeps changing its models. Fortunately, this one not only fits perfectly, but it has more features than the last one. And, it is less expensive. And, it works faster. The good: fast, attractive, lots of features, big. The bad: nothing really, except my wife wishes the buttons were slightly larger. I think microwaves are one of the few products that get better and cost less with time. Highly recommended.
