These nifty little pinch bowls are brightly colored and perfect for storing relatively coarse items in your mise en place.The silicone surface of the little bowls, though, is just a little tacky, and I've found that finer condiments like salt and flour stick to the inside of the bowls.These bowls are perfect for a pinch of an herb, but, because of the slight stickiness of the surface, not great for, say, a precise 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
