We have had this product for several months now and love it. Absolutley no problems with the microwave and it gets a lot of use. We have three kids 14, 11, and 9 and they use the popcorn settings all the time. We have used the drawer for pizza, baking cookies, mozzerella sticks and hot wings and all cooked fabulously. The pull out tray in the oven is super easy to keep clean.
