WOW!That about sums it up.I was a little skeptical b/c I was purchasing a ready-to-assemble piece of furniture.My past experienecs have led me to believe that most are very difficult to assemble, but I could not pass up this design.The cart is made of quality material for the price.I was especially impressed by the top board's construction(where the microwave sits)as well as the heavy-duty locking wheels (no plastic casters here.)Most impressionable by far was the ease of assembly.All the parts were clearly marked, the directions were clear and it didnt' require any special tools.This is a great buy for someone looking for a cart!

Ameriwood Microwave Center Review

The cabinet was made of the flimsiest material! also a part was missing which I have received after calling.
Even after putting the cabinet together it is still wobbely.

Microwave Oven Kitchen Cart - Beech Review

First, I think the price is fair and I got free shipping which made it even better. The instructions are very easy to follow, all the parts are labeled very well and the diagrams are clear enough so it's easy to put the item together.
In addition to the microwave, I realized I could put the toaster oven on the topmost shelf -it's sturdy enough - which freed up much needed counter space. It also has a drawer and 2 additional solidly built shelves AND an electrical socket. The last surprised me - I didn't recall seeing that in its specs but I like it. It's also a nice size such that it doesn't leave a smaller kitchen feeling cramped.
It's also quite nice looking the metallic parts are a brushed bronze color and the design on the side panel looks quite nice. It's much better than I thought it would be and overall I'm quite pleased with it.

Microwave Space-Saver Cart Review

It does have solid wood for the top pieces,braces, legs, doors and drawer front but the rest of it is pressed wood with wood veneer. I polyurethaned the whole cart to protect it from spills and it looks very nice but the veneers do not match the wood grain of the solid wood. The veneer is more fine type of grain while the solid wood has a larger grain appearance, it would have been nice if the wood grains would match better. The 2 top pieces look like a carving block and are very pretty. I didn't care for the way the back pieces are put together with pins, the pins are very loose and it was difficult holding the pieces together while trying to screw the top piece on. Other than that the stand is fairly easy to put together and seems to be sturdy once it is all together.

Contemporary Kitchen Microwave Cart with Drop Leaves Review

I own one of these and like it a lot.About the only complaint I have is that the top is relatively thin and doesn't look substantial like a cutting board.However, I can open one wing, put a rectangular stool under it and put hardwood cutting boards on top and it is a really neat piece that fits diagonally in the middle of my kitchen.I do almost all my chopping and mixing there.

Tall Microwave Cabinet - Cherry Review

I first saw this product on another major retailer's website for $199 so I was excited to see it here cheaper. I did read the reviews on the competitor's website and they were mostly negative so I was prepared that this product may less-than-perfect.

Yes, it is a tad bit flimsy. As you progress putting it together it does seem to come together but it still wobbles when you finally stand it up like Grandma Franny after a few-too-many mimosas. I've read other reviewers say they had better success buying some brackets to reinforce the entire unit. That's our plan for tomorrow. We've already hit the home improvement store once today to buy new cam connectors. Do yourself a favor, count the cams and then go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy House-Mates 15mm x14mm Cam Connectors to replace the ones that come with the unit. The ones that come with the unit cheap and they break when you're trying to screw the cam screw into them. We should have just replaced all of them and saved ourselves some trouble.

While I'm talking like I put it together myself, I was just the cheerleader and the "hold-it" girl. My husband is the put-it-together-er.Yes folks, there was a lot of swearing involved so if you're anything like my husband, have the children head over to a friend's house to play while you're putting it together so they don't learn some new "colorful" language. There was a minimal amount of tool-chucking, though, so it wasn't as bad as some projects my husband has had to undertake.

Overall, I like the look of the unit, it's tall and comes with plenty of storage room. I like the glass doors that cover the top shelf of the cabinet. I didn't have a problem with any damaged pieces until we attempted to put the back on the unit; one nail managed to splice the facing board on the microwave shelf and split the particle board where it meets the cam connector. Hello Super Glue and since the microwave will cover that area, it should be fine. Just use some caution when you're nailing the back cardboard (pretty thin) onto the back of the unit.

By the way, the box this comes in is really heavy. Luckily my husband was home when UPS delivered it or it would have sat outside on my porch until he could come home and move it. I would have never gotten it into the house on my own.

Black Microwave Cart With Two Shelves & Wheels Review

This is the perfect piece of furniture for the kitchen. We are able to keep a coffee maker on the top shelf and a full size microwave on the second shelf. I had a hard time finding another cart that would fit both. The slide out basket and bottom shelf provide even more storage than we need. It's completely functional, and takes up less space than I thought, blends nicely into the kitchen. Only took about 30 min to put together, but I recommend using a drill to save time/energy.

This was extremely well-packed and so arrived with no damage of any sort.It took patience to put together, as there are many pieces while the directions and diagrams are not as clear as they should be.Once assembled, though, it is strong, sturdy and stable.I am sorry the shelves and drawer are particleboard, but that is to be expected in something this modestly-priced.Altogether I am very pleased with this item.It looks good, and it nicely holds the microwave, some pots and pans, and plenty of kitchen odds and ends while having a "small footprint".I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to add useful storage / work space to a smallish kitchen at a very reasonable cost.

I crossed my fingers when I purchased this cart because of the mixed reviews.Worse case scenario, I'd just return it.I'm pleased to say that I am quite satisfied with the cart.I find it very sturdy (the bottom shelf holds up to 44 lbs!).In assembling it, I initially put the bottom shelf on upside down (the lip should be toward the floor).This mistake made the cart very unsteady, but as soon as I turned it right side up, everything came together like a glove. It's a handsome piece with lots of storage space.I keep my crock pot, rice cooker, and blender on the bottom shelf to clear counter space.Keeping these 'heavy' items on the bottom shelf and locking the whells also steadies the unit so that it doesn't move when using the sliding adjustable-height top shelf.I'd recommend it.Hope you found this review helpful.
