My issue with these dough/pastry scrapers is that most of them are metal and totally inflexible, but a hand-held spatula like this is perfect for scraping bowls and kneading small breads.My only complaint is that I wish it were a little wider on the round end.

Norpro 10 Inch Nonstick Bread Pan Review

My ceramic and pryrex bread pans were sticking, even with oil and a sprinkling of corn meal.
With this pan, when the bread is baked you just turn it upside down and it falls out.
I just wish the sides were wider and higher because the loaf is pretty small for bread slices.
