Before I made this purchase, I was using metal splatter screens which somehow managed to still leave a mist of oil all around my oven after frying foods in a pan. I thought I would try this out, and as a bonus it matches all of my black silicone bakeware. So far it has worked great! I am surprised because the holes in the screen are so large - but it somehow does the trick.
