Great concept but the product construction doesn't function as intended for very long. After going through the microwave a couple of times, it refuses to stay extended in height and just slips back down the the minimum height.Yes, this can be probably be rigged to stay up permanently but the flexibility of having it adjust is not real. A redesign of the product with perhaps something to more firmly snap in and effectively support the extended height and still be able to snap back to single height is required.
