I am extremely disappointed in this product.I had a GE Microwave for 15 years and NEVER had a problem or replaced a part.After 15 years, it just decided not to work anymore.Rather than fixing it, I threw it out and decided it was time for a new one.I wish I would have fixed my old one!I ordered this brand new GE microwave.I received it the end of July.We went on vacation for 2 weeks in August.At the end of August, it stopped heating.We might have used it for 2 weeks!Unbelievable!Apparently the quality of GE is not what it used to be....and I'm still waiting for someone to repair it!Ugh!!Click Here to see more reviews about: GE : JEB1860DMWW Microwave
