Very nice product. I am surprised by the speed with which it steams fresh cut up vegetables. Carrots in about 3 minutes; very tender and keeps their flavor. Green vegetables have also worked well. You shouldn't over cook them though. Excellent pricing from Amazon; better than other internet facilities.
